Is this truly private?

Yes—your retreat is designed around privacy. Experiences happen in-cabin or at our Forestsong Waterfall with a schedule built just for you.

Is the private chef included for every meal?
This retreat includes one (1) Dinner Under the Stars in-cabin and two (2) romantic in-cabin breakfast for two with your private chef. Additional chef meals may be added if you’d like to expand the experience.

How does the $50 dining gift card work?
 We'll connect with you before your stay to recommend restaurants and make reservations for you.  Your gift card will be waiting in-cabin for your arrival.

Are experiences shared with other guests?

Never. Every experience at Meraki Escape is completely private and created exclusively for you. Sessions are hosted in your cabin, at our waterfall or courtyard.

Can we choose which days our experiences take place?

Yes. While we provide a suggested journey flow, your retreat is personalized during the planning process. You’ll select preferred days and times for your experiences based on availability and the pace you’d like for your stay.



Can we add additional experiences or dining?

Yes. Many couples choose to enhance their retreat with additional spa, wellness, or dining experiences. Options may include extra private chef meals, extended massages, Reiki, yoga, or creative workshops. We’ll review available add-ons with you during planning and curate them seamlessly into your stay.

Is gratuity expected?
No. Gratuity is not required. Our practitioners are compensated in full for the services you book, allowing you to relax completely without additional expectations.

How do we book?

Reserve your dates, then we’ll reach out to design your itinerary together.

1) Pricing & Fees:  Prices do not include tax or the 16% Wellness Experience Contribution. This contribution supports the care of our wellness spaces, property stewardship, and the continued development of our private spa and wellness offerings. Gratuity is not required and is already thoughtfully included in our pricing, allowing you to relax fully without additional expectations. 2) Private Experience Booking & Scheduling: Spa, wellness, and dining experiences are reserved with a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your practitioners, chef, and preferred times. Private chef experiences also include a non-refundable $250 Chef Reservation Fee, which secures your chef and allows preparations to begin. All spa, wellness and dining experiences are offered privately - in your cabin or at Forestsong Waterfall. Availability is strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred times. During summer, sessions are typically held at the waterfall for an enhanced natural experience. In case of inclement weather, your session will be moved in-cabin for a cozy, uninterrupted experience.

3) Late Arrivals: To honor the schedule of our practitioners and other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full service fee applies regardless of session length.

4)Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:  Because practitioners and chefs reserve time exclusively for your retreat and that time is removed from availability for other guests, we ask that any changes be made with care and advance notice. For spa and wellness services, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 3% credit-card processing fee and a $25 administrative fee. For private dining experiences, the $250 Chef Reservation Fee and any dining deposits are non-refundable, as your chef reserves the date and begins planning and preparation immediately upon booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. We are happy to attempt rescheduling within your stay if availability allows, but refunds cannot be issued inside the 48-hour window. By reserving these experiences, guests acknowledge that time has been specifically allocated for their retreat and understand that the above policies apply.
