Is this truly private?

Yes—your retreat is designed around privacy. Experiences happen in-cabin or at our Forestsong Waterfall with a schedule built just for you.

Can we choose our experiences?

Yes. You’ll select from the curated menu during planning. We’ll recommend pairings based on

your goals (reconnection, relaxation, celebration, etc.).

Is this all-inclusive?

Yes.  Your cabin stay, private chef meals, and your curated experiences are included. Any optional upgrades can be added during planning.

How do we book?

Reserve your dates, then we’ll reach out to design your itinerary together.

Pricing & Fees: Prices do not include tax, gratuity, or the 16% Wellness Experience Contribution. This contribution supports the upkeep of our wellness spaces, property stewardship, and continued development of our private wellness program. Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. Menu and pricing may change without notice.

Booking & Scheduling: All spa and wellness sessions are offered privately - in your cabin or at Forestsong Waterfall. Availability is strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred times. During summer, sessions are typically held at the waterfall for an enhanced natural experience. In case of inclement weather, your session will be moved in-cabin for a cozy, uninterrupted experience.

Late Arrivals: To honor the schedule of our practitioners and other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full service fee applies regardless of session length.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:  Spa and wellness services are paid in full seven (7) days prior to arrival along with your cabin balance. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee and a $25 administrative fee. Because your practitioner reserves this time exclusively for you, any cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. We are happy to attempt rescheduling within your stay if availability allows, but refunds cannot be issued inside the 48-hour window. This policy ensures fair compensation for our practitioners and maintains the integrity of the private, personalized experience offered at Meraki Escape.
