Day 1 — Arrival & Nesting


A Sweet Welcome: Arrive to your cabin where flowers, chocolates, and a sparkling non-alcoholic toast await. Take time to settle in, rest, and begin unwinding together.

Evening Stillness: Enjoy a quiet night—light conversation, early rest, and the comfort of being fully cared for.

Day 2 — Weave & Celebrate


Slow Morning: Wake without alarms. Linger over coffee, breathe deeply, and enjoy the calm of the forest.


Weaving Love & Protection: During your dream catcher workshop, you’ll craft a symbolic heirloom together—infusing it with intention, protection, and love for the life you’re welcoming.


Dinner Under the Stars: As evening falls, your private chef prepares a candlelit dinner in your cabin—your final feast before the journey into parenthood begins.

Day 3 — Departure Morning


A Gentle Goodbye: Wake slowly, savoring the quiet and the connection you’ve created. Leave feeling rested, grounded, and deeply bonded—carrying both memory and meaning forward.

A heartfelt, guided experience where you’ll handcraft a dream catcher for your baby’s nursery. Using natural vines and materials, you’ll weave intention, love, and protection into a sacred heirloom—one that carries ancestral symbolism and becomes a lifelong reminder of this chapter.

FAQ

Is this retreat suitable for pregnancy?
Yes. This retreat is intentionally gentle, grounding, and designed to support expecting couples. No strenuous activities are included.

Is alcohol included?
No. Arrival touches include a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage to ensure comfort and safety during pregnancy.

Is the Dream Catcher Workshop private?
Yes. The workshop is completely private and guided exclusively for the two of you.


Can we add spa or wellness experiences?
Additional experiences may be added based on availability and suitability. We’re happy to discuss gentle options during planning.

MERAKI ESCAPE'S RETREAT EXPERIENCE POLICIES

1) Pricing & Fees:  Prices do not include tax or the 16% Wellness Experience Contribution. This contribution supports the care of our wellness spaces, property stewardship, and the continued development of our private spa and wellness offerings. Gratuity is not required and is already thoughtfully included in our pricing, allowing you to relax fully without additional expectations. 2) Private Experience Booking & Scheduling: Spa, wellness, and dining experiences are reserved with a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your practitioners, chef, and preferred times. Private chef experiences also include a non-refundable $250 Chef Reservation Fee, which secures your chef and allows preparations to begin. All spa, wellness and dining experiences are offered privately - in your cabin or at Forestsong Waterfall. Availability is strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis; we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred times. During summer, sessions are typically held at the waterfall for an enhanced natural experience. In case of inclement weather, your session will be moved in-cabin for a cozy, uninterrupted experience.

3) Late Arrivals: To honor the schedule of our practitioners and other guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full service fee applies regardless of session length.

4)Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:  Because practitioners and chefs reserve time exclusively for your retreat and that time is removed from availability for other guests, we ask that any changes be made with care and advance notice. For spa and wellness services, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 3% credit-card processing fee and a $25 administrative fee. For private dining experiences, the $250 Chef Reservation Fee and any dining deposits are non-refundable, as your chef reserves the date and begins planning and preparation immediately upon booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. We are happy to attempt rescheduling within your stay if availability allows, but refunds cannot be issued inside the 48-hour window. By reserving these experiences, guests acknowledge that time has been specifically allocated for their retreat and understand that the above policies apply.
